In recent years, the modernization of the occupational safety management system takes place that provides for the transition from the compensatory, expensive model based on payments for the lost health, to the modern system of occupational risks assessment and management. It allows to implement the preventive approaches to maintaining health of the employees in the workplace, and to reduce the costs associated with the adverse working conditions. The most complete implementation of employees potential through the systematic analysis of the causes of industrial injuries, a change in the approach to the organization of work seems to be a particularly relevant direction of ensuring the efficiency and safety of work, and occupational risks management. To achieve the set goal, OOO Gazprom transgaz Ufa set the following tasks: to study the theoretical and methodological aspects of human capital as the main factor in improving occupational safety and efficiency of the enterprise; to analyze the indicators of psychophysiological causes of occupational injuries of specialists, and the influence of individual biological rhythms on labor efficiency; to develop practical recommendations for improving safety of the personnel at OOO Gazprom Transgaz Ufa. As a result of studies, it was found that the majority of employees in Gazprom Transgaz Ufa, according to the circadian chronotypes, belongs to the categories of «lark» and «owl», while the social rhythm of the enterprise is more intended to people of the daytime type. Consequently, a rather acute contradiction arises, for the resolution of which a deliberate attitude is required to the correct organization of the individual regime of work and rest and the compilation of the optimal schedule of the work shift. Based on the analysis of psychophysiological, socio-economic, socio-psychological factors of labor productivity of the employees in OOO Gazprom transgaz Ufa, the matrix was compiled related to the integrated management system of improving the personnel safety. The proposed methodology for analyzing the psychophysiological factors of the employee labor productivity made it possible to identify labor safety reserves.
