The analysis is presented concerning the occupational injuries with the identification of the main causes of accidents and injuries at the enterprises engaged in open-pit coal mining. The ways of further improvement of safety of coal mines employees through the continuous improvement of the Unified Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Management System are identified. The basic procedures in the field of labor protection management are analyzed using the example of AO «Razrez Tugnuyskiy», and the state of compliance of the technical and technological equipment of the enterprise with acceptable risk is shown.
The basic functions and capabilities of the automated system «Unified Book of Instructions and the Formation of Shift Work Orders», its role and place in the Unified Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Management System are described. An area for expanding this software is proposed, namely, the implementation of the module for the formation of occupational risk assessment map together with the creation of an assignment for work, and for obtaining the results achieved through the implementation of this module. In order to form the complete picture of possible occupational risks, an information map of the technological operation is proposed, since the logical continuation of the work on hazard identification and assessment of occupational risks is to bring the above information to the coal mine employees through training and briefings. The article shows the importance of educational information visualization, the structural model consisting of four stages is proposed for visualizing the technological operation.
