Automation of Business-Processes in the Field of Occupational, Industrial, Fire and Environmental Safety


Annotation:

In the Russian market, the sphere of the software is presented by 1C: Enterprise 8 platform, on which bases the software products are developed that allow to automate business-processes for industrial safety. The article describes the main functions and capabilities of the software based on this platform in the field of automation of business-processes for occupational, industrial, fire and environmental safety. The structure of the additional module «Risks», which is interacting with other blocks, is proposed in the article. This module in the basic version is developed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the risk-based approach used by supervisory authorities. When implementing the software product, the requirements of the local regulatory documents of the organization in the field of risk management are considered. 

Functionality of the implemented product provides for: convenient data storage, as well as quick access to them; differentiation of the rights and responsibilities of the users (employees of the organization); transparency of the necessary requirements compliance; calculation of risks and development of additional risk management measures; automatic execution of reporting. It also allows to identify the risks and opportunities in an integrated management system for occupational, industrial, fire and environmental safety.
