Vibration Effect on Cement Concrete Reliability
G.N. Pshenichnyi
Staging of hydration process results in forming on the surface of solid cement grains of locally dispersed unhydrated zones «residual active centers — adsorptive bonded water», which shall be considered in theory and construction practice. The effect of vibration on concrete (reinforced concrete) activates water, provokes interaction of chemicals at the late stages that may be the reason of strength reduction and accidents.

Increase of Underground Electrical Installations Insulation Efficiency
M.V. Grishin
The limitation of access is shown for control of underground electrical installations insulation, mainly as a tool of ensuring protection against electrical shock. It is noted that the fundamental requirements for insulation should be the decrease of danger of methane ignition source occurrence. In accordance with this the trends of increasing control efficiency and reliability of insulation for mine electrical installations are proposed in the Article.

Service Materials — is Everything «Okey»
S.A. Goncharov
The reasons are reviewed pertaining to the increase of incidents number during equipment operation. The attention is drawn to the hazard of trichlorethylene being part of maintenance materials composition, as well as for their compliance with working instruction, and process flow diagrams for equipment repair. The necessity of implementing perspective home-grown technologies of maintenance materials and training of personnel purchasing equipment for hazardous production facilities is emphasized in the Article.

On the Terms of Technical Diagnostics and Life Time of Process Pipelines
N.A. Viktorov, N.M. Kirilenko
At present the primary technical diagnostics of process pipelines shall be conducted in 20 year of operation provided that the information is missing in the passport about the design (specified) service life. Specified life time based on the results of technical diagnostics, in this case, is not more than 10 years (according to the data of normative technical documentation) if the pipelines were in operation from 20 to 30 years, and not more than 8 years at pipelines operation life of more than 30 years. Due to the fact that for the greatest part of process (inter-shop) pipelines the metal degradation shall be defined by corrosion, the pipelines themselves are referred to suitable for repair objects, and the processes related to such phenomenon as metal creep and aging, in this case, are missing, then it is possible to perform primary technical diagnostics of the operating and commissioned pipelines in 30 years, and to establish specified life time equal to 10 years.
