Increase of Automated System Efficiency for Boiler Unit Piping Purging prior to Start-up

The issues of increase of automated system efficiency for boiler unit piping purging prior to start-up are reviewed in the Article. Proposed technical solution comes to the control of the quantity of the gas purged through gas pipeline; its comparison with the specified value, and formation of the permissive signal for burner firing. Practical implementation of this approach is possible on the basis of batch produced technical means of automation, and it does not require significant financial costs.

Mathematic model connecting the value of proper noiseinsulation of such a panel with its acoustic and design parameters is presented in the Article. Satisfactory coincidence of theoretical calculations with experimental measurements had been obtained.
